1. Data controller

This site is operated by LeadEvoke ("we"). For browsing data and contact requests submitted through the site, we act as data controller. For your customers' data processed as part of the reactivation service, we act as a data processor on your behalf, under a dedicated agreement (DPA).

2. What we collect from the site

Data you enter in the demo request form: name, company, phone, email, trade and notes.
Minimal technical browsing data (via privacy-respecting analytics, with no profiling cookies).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use form data solely to contact you about your request (legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps). We do not use it for newsletters or unsolicited marketing.

4. Retention

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no relationship begins, for a limited administrative period, after which it is deleted.

5. The reactivation service (your customers' data)

When you run a campaign, we process the contacts you provide solely on your behalf, for the purposes set out in the DPA. The data remains yours, is never shared with third parties or reused for other clients, and is deleted at campaign end with written confirmation. Automated calls are made only to people who gave you valid consent and in line with applicable law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to the contact details on the site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

In short: we process the data you entrust to us only to deliver the agreed service, acting as a data processor on behalf of your company. We never sell or share data with third parties, and we never buy contact lists.
